Meet Our Staff

Practice Manager

Callie is Kind Hearted, Outgoing, and Hard Working. Callie is our Practice Manager at Eye Care Center. She is our fearless leader. She is committed to exceeding all expectations for our practice and all of our wonderful patients. Callie loves interacting and building relationships with patients. Callie likes to spend time with family, shop, go to the movies, tailgate, and attend Aggie football games. Callies’s personal motto is; "Celebrate the small win--Progress over Perfection. Believe you are worth the effort and make a difference.” Callie is most passionate about being a mom and providing support and love to all around her. Her greatest accomplishments are graduating from Texas A&M, marrying her husband, and having three beautiful children.

Assistant Manager

Cathy is Loyal, Loving, and a Survivor. Cathy is an Assistant Manager at Eye Care Center. She helps in assisting with our Front Desk and Clinic side of the office. She enjoys loving people, being kind, and never giving up. Cathy likes to travel to ballparks, try new food, and spend time with her dog and husband. Cathy’s personal motto is; “Good can come out of everything.” Her greatest accomplishments are surviving cancer and being married for over twenty years.

Assistant Manager

Sarah is Outgoing, Kind, and Fun. Sarah is the Assistant Manager at Eye Care Center. She helps run the lab and assists in the optical department. She is great at critical thinking, being fast on her feet, and having a great personality. Sarah loves to run, do yoga, go to the movies, and live music . Sarah’s personal motto is “Rise above, Always.” Sarah is most passionate about taking care of people, she loves her family and friends. Her greatest accomplishment is “Definitely my son. He makes life so sweet!”

Technician

Megan McCowen is silly, loving, and loyal. Megan is a technician at Eye Care Center. She is a people person. Megan likes to read, write, and spend time with friends and family. Megan’s personal motto is; “Find your happy.” Megan is most passionate about Sclerals. Her greatest accomplishment is being a dog mom.

Remote

Yuna is compassionate, hard working, and was raised in Japan. Yuna was a technician with us but now she currently works remote for Eye Care Center in Japan! She is very hard working and has excellent customer service. Yuna likes to garden, travel, and cook. Yuna’s personal motto is; “Goodness prevails.” Yuna is most passionate about her well-being both physically and mentally. Her greatest accomplishment is her children.

Inventory Specialist

Megan Garcia is competitive, organized, and passionate. Megan is our Inventory Specialist at Eye Care Center. She likes to read and play softball. Megan’s personal motto is; “Work hard and things will pay off in the end.” Megan is most passionate about softball and growing with her team. Her greatest accomplishment is completing her freshman year of Texas A&M with a 4.0 GPA.

Optician / Lab Technician

Kirsten is disciplined, detailed, and goal-oriented. Kirsten is a Receptionist at Eye Care Center. She has great attention to detail, drive to finish assignments in a timely manner, and the want to learn all she can so that she can help in all areas. Kirsten likes to shop, craft, and spend time with her family. Her personal motto is; “Don't do it, if you don't love it!” Kirsten is most passionate about her kids and feels her biggest accomplishment is raising her kids.

Floater

Isabelle is energetic, driven and timid. Isabelle is a Floater at Eye Care Center. She is great at being detail oriented and works well with others. Isabelle loves to keep her dog entertained and spend time outside. Isabelle’s personal motto is; “Everything happens for a reason.” Isabelle is most passionate about school and becoming a doctor. Her greatest accomplishment is getting into Texas A&M University.

Optician / Receptionist

Raegan is empathetic, loyal, and caring. Raegan is a receptionist at Eye Care Center. She is great at being a good listener and hard worker. Raegan loves to bake, play with her dog, and spend time with friends and family. Raegan's personal motto is "Sometimes you win. Sometimes you learn." Raegan is most passionate about helping people. Her greatest accomplishment is graduating as the valedictorian of her high school class.

Billing Specialist

Danielle is dedicated, organized, and dependable. Danielle is a Floater/Insurance Specialist at Eye Care Center. She is great at being organized, having attention to detail, and has great enthusiasm to learn. Danielle loves photography, to work out, and watch nostalgic Disney Movies. Danielle’s personal motto is; “If you can dream it, you can do it.” Danielle is most passionate about forming relationships with others (personal/professional) that are genuine and help to improve the life of others. Her greatest accomplishment is starting at Texas A&M in the Biomedical Sciences program to begin her Pre-Med journey.

Technician / Optician

Randi is Positive, a Team Player, and Organized. Randi is a Technician/Optician at Eye Care Center. She is great at having a positive attitude and willingness to keep learning new things. Randi loves to hang out with her boyfriend and her dogs. Randi’s personal motto is “Hardwork pays off.” Randi is most passionate about her family. Her greatest accomplishment is taking her dad to their very first Houston Texans game.

Optician

Helena is Outgoing, Meticulous, and Personable. Helena is an Optician at Eye Care Center. She is great at having great attention to detail and caring for others. Helena loves to watch reality tv and watch the Arkansas Razorbacks. Helena’s personal motto is “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”--Albert Einstein. Helena is most passionate about constantly evolving her knowledge. Her greatest accomplishment is graduating from Northwest Arkansas Community College Magna Cum Laude and continuing her education at the University of Arkansas.

Receptionist

Kendall is Outgoing, Personable, and Loyal. Kendall is a Receptionist at Eye Care Center. She is great at communicating, getting to know people, and staying organized. Kendall loves to read, watch movies, play with her dog, spend time with friends and family, and be involved in all Aggie events. Kendall’s personal motto is “Be happy for what you have while working for what you want.” Kendall is most passionate about forming relationships with patients and coworkers, providing an inviting and supportive atmosphere. Her greatest accomplishment is making it on the Dean’s list at Texas A&M University and just becoming eligible to order my Aggie Ring.

Technician / Optician

Rody is Optimistic, Energetic, and Driven. Rody is a Technician/Lab Tech at Eye Care Center. He is great at interpersonal skills, time management, organization, and leadership. Rody loves fitness, relaxing at the pool, hunting, and riding horses. Rody’s personal motto is “Be where your feet are.” Rody is most passionate about Fitness and Hunting. His greatest accomplishment is graduating from Texas A&M Magna Cum Laude and competing in the Baseball World Series.

Technician

Ally is Organized, Hard Working, and Silly. Ally is a Technician at Eye Care Center. She is great at being a hard worker, being dedicated, and being detail oriented. Ally loves to spend time with her family and fish. Ally’s personal motto is “You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” Ally is most passionate about her family. Her greatest accomplishment is overcoming a brain tumor.

Receptionist

Bella is Cheerful, Honest, and Trustworthy. Bella is Receptionist at Eye Care Center. She is great at having wonderful attention to detail. Bella loves to read and crochet. Bella's personal motto is “Respect, Kindness, and Honesty are the best policies” Bella is most passionate about making sure the people around her are well taken care of. Her greatest accomplishment is getting over the fear of being herself.

Lab Technician

Ray is Dedicated, Experienced, and Loyal. Ray is lab Technician at Eye Care Center. He is great at training others and takes pride in having over 30 years of optical experience. Ray loves to spend time with his kids. Ray's personal motto is “I have forgotten more about making eyeglasses than many others will ever know.” Ray is most passionate about his dedication to God, his wife, and his kids. His greatest accomplishment is being married to his wife for 22 years.
